Not only did receptionist Gabby take ownership of my issue and show sincere concern for my situation, she even called the next day to ask how my hot water was and wanted to make sure everything was working. Not only did he do outstanding work, but he educated me on the situation, and provided tips on keeping my water heater properly maintained throughout the year.
